Materials

  • 2 tea glasses (120g) soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons of apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • sea salt

Everyone loves mayonnaise, and this vegan mayonnaise recipe is one of the things vegans miss the most when they’re plant-based. Fortunately, I have good news. You can enjoy a delicious vegan swimsuit that is more delicious and healthier!

Making a vegan swimsuit is so easy that it only requires 4 ingredients, just 2 minutes and a blender, that’s all! An immersion blender is the best choice, but a regular blender will do.

Additionally, homemade vegan mayonnaise is very inexpensive and made with simple and clean ingredients. I know store-bought mayonnaise is very useful, but it’s usually made with bad ingredients and this recipe is ready in just 2 minutes!

I don’t eat mayonnaise every day because it is high in calories, but occasionally I do it to make all kinds of recipes such as sandwiches, sauces and sauces.

Soy milk is the best choice for making vegan mayonnaise since it has a similar consistency to cow’s milk, which is also used to make mayonnaise instead of eggs in Spain. In addition, soy milk acts as an emulsifier.

I made this recipe using almond milk and it works, but it’s not the same. If you can eat soy, I use soy milk because you will get the tastiest vegan mayonnaise you have ever tried!

If you are going to use this mayonnaise any oil you want occasionally, but too often, try using unrefined oils as refined oils are not good for our health.

I am totally in love with my vegan mayonnaise and it’s one of the most popular recipes on the blog. It tastes great, has a perfect consistency and is cholesterol-free, better for the planet, animals and your health. An epic win!

Vegan Mayonnaise Recipe Directions

I recommend using the hand blender when making soy milk mayonnaise. Add dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and soy milk in a narrow bowl that the blender can enter. While mixing the mayonnaise with the blender, add the oil to the mixture at a constant speed so that it flows gently. Mayonnaise is ready when it gets thick. You can add “togarashi” (Japanese spice mix) or cayenne pepper to add a little more flavor.
